Welcome to ZZPass, your secure password manager for iPhone and iPad. This guide will help you get started and make the most of ZZPass's powerful features to keep your digital life secure.
Create Your Account
When you first launch ZZPass, you'll be guided through creating a secure account. Choose a strong primary password - this is the only password you'll need to remember. We recommend using a passphrase with at least 12 characters.
Why Use a Password Manager?
In today's digital world, the average person has dozens of online accounts. Using the same password everywhere is risky, but remembering unique passwords for every site is nearly impossible. ZZPass solves this by securely storing all your passwords behind one master password.
Your Data is Private
ZZPass uses end-to-end encryption, meaning your passwords are encrypted on your device before syncing. Even we can't read your data - only you have the key.
1. Enable iCloud Sync
Go to Settings → Account → Configure iCloud to sync your passwords across all your Apple devices. Your encrypted vault will seamlessly stay in sync.
2. Configure AutoFill
Enable ZZPass AutoFill to automatically fill passwords in Safari and apps:
• Open iOS Settings
• Tap "Passwords"
• Select "Password Options"
• Enable "AutoFill Passwords"
• Choose "ZZPass"
3. Enable Face ID / Touch ID
Unlock ZZPass quickly and securely with biometric authentication. This is configured automatically during setup.
Password Generator
Create strong, unique passwords for every account. ZZPass generates cryptographically secure passwords up to 100 characters long.

TOTP Authenticator
Store two-factor authentication codes right in ZZPass. No need for a separate authenticator app.

Secure Notes
Store sensitive information like credit cards, insurance details, or secure documents in encrypted notes.
Password Health
Check for weak, reused, or compromised passwords. Get recommendations to improve your security.
1. Tap the + button in the Passwords tab
2. Enter the website, username, and password
3. Use the Generate button to create a strong password
4. Tap Save
Tip: You can also save passwords directly from Safari using AutoFill when creating new accounts.
1. Open Safari or any app with a login form
2. Tap the password field
3. Tap the key icon above the keyboard
4. Authenticate with Face ID / Touch ID
5. Select your login from the list
Smart Matching: ZZPass automatically suggests the right password based on the website or app you're using.
Search: Use the search bar to quickly find any password or note by name, username, or website.
Edit & Delete: Swipe left on any item to reveal delete option.
Your passwords are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before they ever leave your device. Your primary password is never sent to our servers, and we have no way to decrypt your data.
ZZPass AutoFill helps protect you from phishing attacks by only offering to fill passwords on legitimate websites. If you're on a fake site, ZZPass won't suggest your credentials.
If you forget your primary password, you can recover your account using your emergency kit. Store this in a safe place.
